Where can the relatives of a deceased person access the forensic examination reports?

Relatives may, upon request to the public prosecutor’s office responsible for the case, generally be granted access to the forensic examination documents. However, this is only possible once the case has been closed. It should be noted that forensic examinations requiring further investigation may delay the completion of the report by several months.
